Mold, Air, and Water testing will increase the time. Infrared Thermal Imaging adds about 30-45 mins. Most other inspectors spend a maximum of 1 hour on a full home inspection.
During these crazy times, we are still allowing you to attend for a short time at the end of the inspection. Please see our COVID-19 Policy. Our inspector just asks if you are sick, have a fever, or have COVID-19 to stay home. We can offer a live feed or recording of the entire inspection.
We do not print on-site. You will receive it within 24 hours of inspection, via web link. If you would like a printed copy, we will send one to you via mail for an additional $10.00 per copy.
